Clinical research networks and accruals
BSRBR-RA is part of the NIHR Clinical Research Network Portfolio. Our UKCRN ID number is 7302.
This means that the study is eligible for consideration for support from the Clinical Research Network in England.
Many centres involved in BSRBR-RA have been successful in securing nurse/administrative support time from their local network.
If you wish to apply for this support, please contact your trust research and development (R&D) office, which will be able to advise on the process. Please note this support is currently only available to centres in England and Wales.

Accruals
Recruitment figures are uploaded to the Central Portfolio Management System (CPMS) on a monthly basis by the coordinating centre at The University of Manchester. Any recruitment after April 2008 (when the study was adopted into the portfolio) is included in the CPMS accruals figure.
Support for devolved nations
We would advise that you contact your research and development department in the first instance to see if your centre is able to access any support available via these networks.
